A York street will be closed to traffic for filming for a week starting on Monday.
St Mary’s, off Bootham, will be closed to traffic from the property at number 6 to St Mary’s Lane, near Marygate car park.
The traffic ban will last from Monday 9 February till Friday 13 February “when filming works are being undertaken”.

A traffic notice says: “It is envisaged that pedestrians and vehicles will only be stopped for the duration of individual takes only and will be allowed to proceed between takes whenever possible.
“Traffic signs/barriers will indicate the extent of the prohibition. An alternative route for diverted vehicles will be signed during the works period via St Marys Lane.”
St Mary’s is well known as Top House – the house built by Joseph Rowntree as his family home in 1852.
That’s at the other end of the street, on the corner with Bootham.
