There’s a day of family fun ahead this weekend as York boatyard put on a summer festival.
The Boatyard, which is located in Bishopthorpe, will come alive with live music, entertainment and street food.
The Boatyard Summer Festival will take place on Saturday 6 August from 11am.
There will be live music throughout the day, as well as stalls, fair games, Punch & Judy, face painting, spoken word – and much more.
“Come down with your family and friends for a day of entertainment, food and drink on our glorious riverbank,” said Eva Brindley, of The Boatyard.
