Police are asking for witnesses to an incident in York city centre.
It happened at about 12.45pm on Thursday (26 February).
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “A male was on an ebike riding on the footpath towards members of the public.
“If you had to jump out of the way or witnessed this please contact us.”
