The canine star of Deadpool & Wolverine, Peggy, is coming to York this month.
Peggy, aka Dogpool of 2024’s Deadpool & Wolverine, will be heading to Waterstones on Coney Street to promote her new perfectly pawsitive motivational book ‘Doggy Positivity’.
Meet Peggy the Hairless Pug at Waterstones York on Wednesday 19 November at 7pm.
The book is described as ‘perfect stocking filler for canine companions and those looking for motivational support from one of life’s up and coming stars.’
The event will be held in two parts; the first part will consist of an interview between Peggy’s owners and a Waterstones bookseller, and the second will include a question and answer session between Peggy’s owners and the audience.
Tickets for this event are £16 and include a signed copy of Doggy Positivity.
Books will be presigned and pawprinted by Peggy ready for you to collect at the beginning of the event on your way in.
Due to Peggy being ‘a little shy’, organisers are asking audience members not to bring their dogs with them to the event.
