Police are investigating an incident of anti-social behaviour which left a boy in hospital with burns.
It happened at Newthorpe Quarry near Sherburn-in-Elmet at about 8pm on Monday (3 November).
A person threw an aerosol can into a fire.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “The can hit a 15-year-old boy in the face which caused burns requiring hospital treatment
“We’re now appealing for information which will help us understand the full circumstances of the incident.”
