We have news of a big TV star coming to York later this year.
And this will be particularly exciting for the smaller members of your family – as Bluey is coming back to York Racecourse!
She will be the VIP guest at the YorkMix Family Raceday on Sunday 8 September.
The news was revealed on the YorkMix Breakfast Club this morning.
“I’m delighted to give you the exclusive news that returning to the YorkMix Family Sunday on 8 September will be Bluey,” said James Brennan, head of marketing and sponsorship at York Racecourse.
“Many of the younger listeners, and perhaps parents and grandparents, will be familiar with Bluey the blue heeler pup who appears on CBeebies.”
Bluey was at our last raceday and proved to be a huge hit.
Early bird tickets are now available on the York Racecourse website – in which adults can get into the grandstand and paddock for just £12. Under-18s go free.
The news came just two weeks before the racing season returns. The Dante Festival takes place from Wednesday 15 to Friday 17 May.
