A ‘Total Wipeout’ style inflatable arena is coming to York

If you’ve ever watched Total Wipeout and thought ‘I want to do that…’ – now’s your chance!

Touring inflatable sensation Wacky World is heading to York on 11 and 12 September at York Sport Centre.

Described as a ‘total wipeout style inflatable arena’, there’s fun for the whole family to enjoy.

There’s 12 giant inflatables to have a go on, such as the ‘Extreme Hungry Hippos’, ‘Human Demolition’ and ‘Screamer Slide’. Will you take on the challenge?

A glimpse into Wacky World.

Wacky World began in 2017 and has since then visited over 30 cities across Europe with over 300,000 families taking the challenge.

But don’t worry – the fun isn’t just for families. There’s also an adult only session and a session especially for teenagers!

There’s also a sensory session where the music will be turned down, the lights will be up and there will be a quiet area away from the inflatables.

Wacky World will also be implementing safety measures against Covid at the event, such as:

  • Temperature checks on arrival
  • Masks recommended for spectating adults
  • Social distancing will be in place around the venue and the arena
  • Hand sanitising stations available on entry and around the arena
  • Extensive cleaning measures in place
  • Running at 50% capacity to ensure social distancing
