Officers investigating a fatal collision near Selby are appealing for information.
A man in his 60s died following a crash involving a BMW car and van on the B163 at Bubwith.
The incident happened on 2 December at 11.15am.
The man was taken to hospital for treatment, but died from his injuries on 18 December.
Police now need to trace witnesses to the collision, including anyone with dashcam footage or who was in the area moments before it.
