York Theatre Royal have launched a new free membership scheme for 16-30 year-olds.
The scheme aims to give young people the opportunity to get the best seats in the house for just £15.
16-30 year-olds can book two tickets (for themselves and a friend or family member of any age) for a variety of York Theatre Royal’s Main House productions.
Shows on offer include drama such as YTR’s in-house productions of The Penelopiad and Death of A Salesman, world-class dance performances with London City Ballet’s Firebird and Acosta Danza’s Cuban Baroque, musical offerings from York Light Opera including their 2027 show 9 to 5 The Musical and much more.
Members will also get access to invites to exclusive membership events and monthly £15 Club newsletters to keep up to date on new shows added.
For each production included in the discount scheme there will be 100 £15 tickets released available on a first come first served basis.
