Firefighters tackled a fire started deliberately in Selby today (Saturday).
It happened at 3.13pm.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “Crews from Selby attended an incident involving a small fire in the open to a personal shopping trolley which was believed to be deliberate.
“The fire was extinguished prior to the arrival of the fire service and crews ensured the area was safe.”
