Emergency services were called to a car crash in a North Yorkshire village last night (Wednesday).
It happened in Kirk Hammerton west of York.
Fire crews from Acomb and Knaresborough fire crews were called to the scene at 6.10pm.

The a car had skidded from the road and ended in a ditch.
A North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service spokesperson said: “On arrival the sole occupant was out of the vehicle with no injuries. No action taken by fire crews.”
No other vehicles were involved.
