This May, the Inflatable 5K is coming to York.
People will be able to pit themselves against 15 unique inflated obstacles, including the crawler, the web, the boss and bish-bash.
Organisers UK Running Events describe it as “the biggest inflatable run ever”.
For the first time next year’s event will include a foam zone. They say it’s “powered by the world’s largest foam cannon”.
This video gives an idea of what we’re in for.
The Inflatable 5K is at Elvington Airfield on Saturday, 8 May 2021.
Tickets for adults are £29 for adults and £19 for children aged 15 and under. If you just want to do the 2.5K course (one circuit instead of two) it’s £24 and £14 respectively.
Everyone who completes the Inflatable 5k gets a medal, pair of socks, neck buff, snack bar and certificate.
