This is a brief update following the search for missing York man, Mark Nicol.
He was located safe and well at an address in York on the evening of Monday 24 June 2013, at an address in the Clifton area of the city.

Urgent appeal to trace missing York man, Mark Nicol

York police are urgently appealing for the public’s help to locate a missing man from the city.
Mark Andrew Nicol, 30, has not been seen since leaving York District Hospital at around 11.20am on Sunday 23 June 2013.
He is white, around 5ft 7in tall, with a medium build and short brown hair.
Mark currently has both legs in plaster casts and is using crutches to get around.
Officers are concerned for Mark’s welfare as he has health issues and there are worries for his well being.
Although his whereabouts are unknown, it is though Mark may be in the York or Selby area.
Inspector Andy Godfrey, of York Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “Mark, if you see or hear this appeal, I urge you to get in touch with the police straight away so that we can confirm you are safe and well.
“I also need to speak to anyone who can help locate Mark and ask them to contact the police immediately.”
Anyone who can help to locate Mark Nicol is asked to contact North Yorkshire Police on 101, select option 1 and pass the information to the Force Control Room.
