Police have made two arrests following an incident in York that left a man seriously injured.
Officers received a report from the ambulance service just after 8.15pm yesterday (Monday, 7 September) about a man who had been seriously hurt at an address on Ouseburn Avenue, Acomb,
The man, 27, was taken to hospital and is described as being in a stable condition.
Police have arrested two men in connection with this incident and both remain in police custody.
A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “We are not currently looking for any further suspects in connection with this incident.”
