Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision between a lorry and two cars.
It happened at 4.45pm on Friday (28 February), on the A19 Shipton Road in York, just outside the Mercure Hotel.
A white articulated lorry collided with a black Volkswagen Touran and a grey Hyundai Tuscon.
The driver of the Volkswagen was cut free by North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service, and taken to York Hospital with minor injuries. She has since been discharged.
Officers are appealing for anyone who saw the lorry in the moments before the collision, or the collision itself, to contact them.
They are particularly interested in speaking to anyone who may have captured dash-cam footage of the incident.
Anyone with any information which could assist officers with their investigation is asked to call North Yorkshire Police on 101 and ask to speak to TC465 Mike Rowan of the Roads Policing Group.
