A witness told YorkMix: “There were four police vans and a car.

“The officers all piled onto a guy. They put him in back of van and he was kicking the inside of it.

“This all happened in families of people relaxing in their gardens. It was quite a shocking few minutes.”

We have contacted with North Yorkshire Police and are waiting to hear back with more details.

  1. Having lived myself in a street blighted by one resident’s anti-social behaviour I’d like to hear more about this one please YorkMix.

    1. It’s not clickbait Dave. But we can only tell what we know – do you know something more? We can follow up

  2. There were actually two arrested a male and also a female. This is an ongoing issue with certain members that live in our community that threaten the residents that live in the block. Our lives are regularly made quite unbearable by there anti social behaviour. Today there were also threats of violence against the families which is unacceptable. Last week’s sing along which again was not a karaoke and also when asked by the police we’d already finished was to bring our community together after the pain of living with this he’ll for eight very long years.
