This man is wanted for a string of offences, including allegedly driving at police on a quad bike.
Lewis Matthew Berkley, 19, was the first person in York to be the subject of a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).
It was granted in relation to aggressive and abusive behaviour which intimidated communities in the city.
The court order was made in 2016 and runs until 2019. It prevents Berkley interacting with four named people and trying to disguise his identity with a hood when in public.
Breached order
In September 2017 Berkley was released from prison for burglary and theft offences.
Since his release, he is believed to have breached his CBO several times by committing a number of offences.
This includes the suspected assault of two Police Community Support Officers by driving at them on a quad bike close to Hawthorne Terrace in York on Tuesday (July 10).
He is described as white with mousey hair and brown eyes, around 5ft 10ins tall and proportionately built.
Officers believe he may currently be in the Clifton area of York and are carrying out a number of lines of enquiry to locate him.
Police want to hear from anyone who knows Berkley’s whereabouts or has any other information that could help.
