Today’s game between AFC Telford United and York City has been called off.
The fixture has been postponed due to a waterlogged pitch. Volunteers and officials at Telford United had been clearing snow from the pitch at the New Bucks Head Stadium since 8am this morning.
Good effort by everyone his morning but unfortunately @telfordutd vs @YorkCityFC has been called off hopefully it gives the pitch time to recover in time for the Boxing Day game vs @khfcofficial pic.twitter.com/43dL1nSh1U

However, following a pitch inspection held shortly before 9.30am, the match officials have ruled that the pitch is not playable due to waterlogging of the pitch under the frost covers.
A re-arranged date for the Vanarama National League North fixture will be announced in due course.
