A man who directed racial abuse at staff in York Museum Gardens is being sought by police.
Detectives are investigating an incident that happened in the park at about 5.30pm on Sunday, October 16.
The man threatened and racially abused staff from the gardens, which are run by York Museums Trust.
A spokeswoman said: “Police need to identify the male involved and as of yet have not been able to.
“We are conducting enquiries and are requesting the public’s assistance to help determine the identity of the male involved.”
