Owned by Kath Cox, Stoots has been supplying her Ivar (the boneless) veggie Banger and dips to Bishy Road deli, Costello’s good food shop, since June.

The products handmade from plant-based, gluten-free ingredients, most of which are locally sourced.

The nut-based cheese dip contains cashew nuts, which are fermented with a pro-biotic to ensure the it remains healthy.

The sausages are mainly rice based and also include veg from Brunswick Nursery.

She started after she bought her first sausage stuffer, she is looking to grow the business by supplying to trade customers as well as other retail outlets.

The Stoots family team
