Leeds United will come to town next month, to play York City in a pre-season friendly.
Uwe Rösler’s side will take on the Minstermen at Bootham Crescent on Wednesday, July 15 for a 7pm kick-off.
The match is the third friendly confirmed at home for the Minstermen following the news that both Newcastle United and Middlesbrough will visit Bootham Crescent during July.
Russ Wilcox’s side will also face Darlington 1883 and FC Halifax Town away from home as they continue their build up for the new Sky Bet League Two season.
Ticket details for the game against Leeds have been set at the same level as those against Newcastle and Middlesbrough, with adults charged £12 and concessions £6.
The club said disabled supporters will pay the appropriate rate with their carer able to gain free entry as long as they are in receipt of middle or higher DLA/PIP.
Tickets will only be available at the turnstiles for York City supporters,.
