Four libraries York are inviting people to pop in for a cuppa and a chat.

A spokeswoman for Explore York said: “We are joining the City Of York Council, York CVS, the Vale of York Clinical Commissioning Group and Healthwatch York in their aim to combat loneliness one cuppa at a time.”
