If you are what you eat, then Jasmine and Melissa Hemsley are clearly feasting on the finer things in life.
And now they are bringing their message to York, as the former marketer and model turned chefs and foodie bloggers star at an event at Waterstones.
Waterstones, Coney Street, York
Tues Mar 1 @ 7pm
Based in London, Jasmine and Melissa launched their Hemsley + Hemsley blog in 2010 and quickly became regular contributors to Vogue.
At the forefront of the new approach to healthy cooking and eating, all of their recipes are free from gluten, grains and refined sugar.
They cook and consult for celebrities and cater for high-profile brands such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel and Vivienne Westwood.
The pair published their first book, The Art of Eating Well, in 2014.
It became a bestseller, and now their follow up Good + Simple is published on Thursday (February 25).
At the York event, they will talk about their recipes and give advice on ways we can all live healthier and happier lifestyles.
Later they will answer audience questions and sign copies of their books.
