The York National Book Fair

The largest, friendliest, rare, antiquarian and out-of-print book fair in the U.K. Held over two days, with over 220 of the country’s leading booksellers, expect a breath-taking selection of books, as well as maps & prints, ranging in price from just a few pounds up to tens of thousands of pounds.
Also look forward to a range of trade stands selling exquisite marbled papers and binding materials who will be exhibiting alongside providers of services to the book trade including software providers and packaging material suppliers.
Throughout the two-day event, also keep an eye out for the specially commission book-themed art installation from mobile artist, Lu Mason. Winner of “best in show” at York’s Art& Fair in 2018, Lu’s inspired work will be based on John James Audubon’s huge illustrated book “Birds of America.”
A free shuttle bus will operate between York Railway Station and the Book Fair.
Lunches and light refreshments will also be available throughout the fair’s opening hours.
