At this event some of the most powerful bikes and other vehicles from around the UK and Europe attempt to break UK and world land speed records.
The top bikes will be hitting the 200mph mark – last year the winner did just over 203mph over a mile flying start.
They are specifically aiming to break the 1 kilometre speed record of 103.913 mph / 167.233 km/h.
All speed attempts by competitors are electronically timed, recorded and published by the UK Timing Association (UKTA).
Spectator admission is £10 paid at the gate. Under 16s are free.
