Event Navigation

This lecture will explore the transformative possibilities of creative writing, for the writer, the reader and the wider environment. Creative writing offers the possibility of approaching the world through non-human perspectives. Abi will particularly consider her work with bees as an inspiration for the creative arts in her cross-disciplinary Pollination Project. Abi will talk about and read from her poetry and fiction, and narrate her inspirations. Abi will consider the ways in which creative writing can respond to the issue of human responsibility towards climate change and the eco-system.
