Macramé Plant Hanger Workshop

Macramé is the art of knotting rope or cord to produce decorative items. Learn these techniques for yourself to produce your own beautiful macramé plant hanger to take home!
A treat for yourself, or book as a gift.
Taught by designer Hannah Sibai from Dear Prudence, this friendly and informal two hour workshop is hosted at the wonderful Spark* venue in the centre of York. Food and drink available to buy from local independent sellers next door to the events room, so grab breakfast before, or lunch after!
All materials included: soft white cotton cord, wooden hoop and plant pot as pictured below.
Doors open at 10.25am and the workshop will run until 12.15pm/12.25pm, depending on different making speeds.
Hand sanitiser is provided and work areas will be socially distanced, please bring a face mask!
Groups will be small to maintain social distancing measures in line with current government guidelines.
