Armed officers called in to stop erratic driver near York

This car was pulled over after driving erratically near York.

The North Yorkshire Police Firearms Support Unit worked with traffic officers to stop the car on the A64.

TC Mark Patterson said on Twitter that the driver had tested positive for cocaine via a drug wipe and only had a provisional licence.

A blood sample has been sent to the Yorkshire regional forensic team for analysis.
