Getting bigger, better and more inclusive every year, York Pride returns with the theme Raise Your Rainbow. Join the colourful parade at York Minster, march down to Knavesmire then enjoy a great afternoon of fun entertainment for all the family. Performers include Stooshe, Kieron Richardson, Jenny Brooke as Dolly Parton and Cat Diva as Kylie. Starts at 11.30ammore here.

York Cycle Rally 2015

Great to see the return of the York Cycle Rally. It ran for 70 years till 2012, and has been revived thanks to the sterling work of volunteers. There are displays, stands, competition and all manner of family fun at Knavesmire on Saturday and Sunday, starting from 10.30am.
