A month to the day after a lorry hit the overhang of a building on Stonegate in York, another wagon has done the same thing in Coney Street.
The Poundworld lorry hit the canopy over Monsoon early on Monday morning and was briefly wedged in position.
After the lorry was moved, the shop entrance was cordoned off to prevent anyone being hit by debris from above.
The accident has damaged the exterior of the shop canopy and buckled the metal cover.
Flashback: The lorry accident on Stonegate on August 28
Fortunately the damaged part of the Monsoon building is not as historic as the overhang hit by a lorry in August.
