If you ever need to convince someone that York is the most beautiful city in the world, show them this film.
In less than two and a half minutes, you’ll have them convinced.
With its spectacular soaring shots of the city from the air, glorious scenes from the city’s history and vibrant depiction of York’s nightlife, it is a wonderful advert for the city.
Made by Easingwold-based production company Hewitt & Walker, run by talented York filmmaker Ollie Bostock, the film has been in production for a few months.
It features the National Railway Museum, Yorkshire Museum, Jorvik Viking Centre and many more of the city’s world class attractions, utilising timelapses, drone and video footage to show this magnificent city at its best.
